- WEAR CONTACTS DURING YOUR TREATMENT
- Wash the treated area UNTIL the following day.
- Use exfoliants or any abrasive substances for 3 weeks post treatment.

- Continue with the antiviral/antibiotic tablets as directed (where applicable).
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Apply only the recommended products to the skin.
- Spray the treated area as often as needed to reduce the sensation of heat and dryness, using any thermal spring water spray.

Day 1 to 2 post treatment:
- Continue with any prescribed medications as directed and maintain a good fluid intake.
- Cleanse the skin gently twice daily with a simple emollient cleanser. Cetaphil is suitable as both a cleanser and an emollient.
- After cleansing, pat skin dry, DO NOT RUB. Then apply the emollient.
- Reapply the emollient as often as required during the day.
- If going outdoors apply SPF50 over the emollient and wear a wide brimmed hat to shield the skin as much as possible from UV exposure.
For low intensity treatments, you can start using a gentle mineral make-up from
day 1 or 2 as advised.
Day 3 post treatment:
- No further oral medication is necessary (unless specifically recommended).
- Continue with the gentle cleansing morning and night followed by applying a generous amount of the emollient.
