1. Please give 48h notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment to avoid charges. Appointments scheduled on Tuesdays must be notified Saturday before, by 2pm.
2. In case of an emergency no charges.
Emergency examples: I am going to hospital, I have a fever, I have a stomach virus, I have just got into a car accident etc.
Not Emergency examples: My doctor had a cancellation, my dentist can see me, my neighbor needs me, my babysitter is sick, I have a business meeting etc… Those are inconveniences and charges for late cancellation will apply.
